We’re a small team of friends and coworkers who believe that coffee should be simple and delicious. But it's about more than taste—it’s about care, connection, and constantly getting better at what we do. We roast locally in Central Minnesota.
Our roastery, Fable Roasters, operates out of an old antique store across from the post office in downtown St. Cloud. We source specialty, single-origin green coffee beans from around the world through the independent, Minneapolis-based Cafe Imports. We roast in small batches to bring out the best flavors, clean and full of character. Then we brew it. And we drink it. And we share it!
What's with the fox and the rabbit?
Coffee has the unusual ability to bring people together… sometimes the unlikeliest of people! Like a fox and a rabbit, interacting harmoniously. Some of the best, meaningful, hard, sad, romantic, lovely, memorable engagements happen over a cup of coffee, with someone you may have never expected. What a special thing.
Is it pronounced "kinder" or "kinder?"
